(HBS), a North and South Carolina independent Canon and Xerox office equipment dealer, hosted a special Grand Re-Opening and Ribbon cutting event with the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce and the American Heart Association of Charlotte, as well as, partners and clients as their guests. This event celebrated the newly expanded Uptown Charlotte Showroom and Laboratory located in Founders Hall, 100 North Tryon Street.

Hendrix Business Systems Announces the Acquisition of ATS

Hendrix Business Systems, Inc. announces the acquisition of Advanced Technical Support, Inc. (ATS, Inc.) located in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. Combined, they are a company that will be better positioned to serve the changing needs of their customers across North and South Carolina.

Since 1976, Hendrix Business Systems, Inc. has strived to maintain and provide top level customer service throughout the Charlotte area. Over the past two years, Hendrix Business Systems expanded by opening two locations, one in Uptown Charlotte and the other in Greensboro, North Carolina. With the addition of ATS, Hendrix Business Systems is able to expand their geographic reach even further.

Mr. Terry Williams, owner of ATS, Inc. stated, “we are pleased to join forces with Hendrix Business Systems, which has a strong service history to allow ATS to better serve our existing customers and reach new customers across the Raleigh area. The Salvation Army, a Hendrix valued customer, will place an official toy collection barrel at Hendrix Business Systems’ newly-opened Showroom and Technology Center located at Founders Hall, 100 North Tryon St. in uptown Charlotte. New and unwrapped toy donations may be dropped off during regular business hours.

In conjunction with the toy drive, Hendrix will host a Technology Show and Open House for area businesses on Dec. 4 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at its Founders Hall location. Participants will have the opportunity to see how Canon’s industry-leading products help streamline workflow and increase a company’s productivity.

Donated toys should be new, unwrapped and appropriate for kids 12 years old and under. In addition to a drop barrel at the Founders Hall location, a second barrel will be placed at Hendrix Business Systems’ headquarters located at 2040-A Independence Commerce Drive in Matthews.
