"Though it may not seem so, it has now been seven years since SellEthics and Hendrix first entered into a partnership in which Hendrix assisted our company with copying requirements. Since then, we have added three additional copiers, several with scanning, and faxing; and, most recently, a color copier with e-mail capabilities. Having a satellite office 190 miles away, which (ironically) produces 65% of our total printed output, would normally present challenges of its own. We have now used the Canon Image-Runner 3220 for four months, and our experience has been total satisfaction.
From the initial decision making process, to the installation and set-ups, to follow-up service - Hendrix has been 100%, and I have no concerns that our printing/scanning/copying/faxing needs will not be taken care of.
